Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers Only)
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your wish to cancel.
- How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., emailing tenderriot@hotmail.com).
- Exemptions: Please note that this right does not apply to items that have been personalised (e.g., custom names or personal photos added to a design). Standard designs from our shop that are printed to order are not exempt and can be returned.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Refund Amount: We will refund the full price of the goods plus the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a premium/express service, we will only refund the value of our cheapest standard rate.
2. International Returns (Non-UK/EU)
For customers located outside of the UK and EU, we offer a 14-day return window for a change of mind.
- Customer Responsibility: For all international returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of tracked return shipping and any associated customs duties or handling fees.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Recommendation: Given the high cost of international shipping from outside the UK, we strongly recommend checking our size guides carefully before purchase.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items (Global)
Regardless of your location, if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please contact us at tenderriot@hotmail.com within 30 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
- We will cover the cost of any return shipping for faulty items or provide a replacement free of charge.
4. International Customs & Duties
For all orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that:
- The recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees levied by their country.
- If a package is refused by the customer due to customs charges, we will only issue a refund once the item is returned to us. Any shipping costs or fees incurred by us due to the refusal will be deducted from your refund.
